COOP PROFILE
DIELCO is an electric cooperative duly organized and existing under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines with office address at Justiniana, San Jose, Province of Dinagat Islands. It was granted an exclusive franchise to operate an electric light and power distribution service in the seven (7) municipalities of Dinagat Islands namely San Jose, Dinagat, Cagdianao, Basilisa, Libjo, Tubajon and Loreto.
The electrification of the Island was made possible through the establishment of DIELCO, a non-stock, non-profit electric cooperative duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, incorporated on August 29, 1990 and registered with the National Electrification Administration (NEA) pursuant to the provisions of Presidential Decree No. 269, as amended by P.D. No. 1645.

To act as an active implementer in the realization of the total rural electrification program in the entire island of Dinagat in delivering efficient, reliable, quality and sustainable electric power service and providing sincere, honest and prompt service to our member-consumers and help improve the quality of life and become the strong vehicle, the catalyst of progress.
